Judge Stonewalls Microsoft's Counterclaims

Law360, New York (August 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas federal court judge has denied Microsoft Corp.'s request to add counterclaims in its defense against a Texas-based patent holding company's lawsuit, ruling that allowing the amendment would encourage future violations of scheduling orders.
