Hitachi Can't Get Full Fed. Circ. To Review TV Tariff Case

Law360, Los Angeles (March 30, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday rejected calls for a full-panel review of its 2-1 decision upholding the U.S. Court of International Trade’s dismissal of Hitachi Home Electronics Inc.’s lawsuit seeking recovery of tariffs on plasma flat-panel TVs it claimed should have been duty-free.
