9th Circ. Dismisses TV Bundling Action Again

Law360, New York (March 30, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- After withdrawing its initial decision in October, the Ninth Circuit on Friday once again affirmed the dismissal of a proposed antitrust class action aimed at forcing television programmers and pay-TV providers to sell channels individually, finding that further discovery was unlikely to reveal evidence of injury to competition.
