Law360, Washington (March 30, 2012, 10:14 PM EDT) -- Mediation can be an effective and relatively inexpensive way to resolve patent disputes, but even as it becomes increasingly common, attorneys often come into mediation with the wrong mindset, greatly hindering the chances of a successful outcome, experts said at a panel discussion Friday.
