Cessna Faces Fraud Suit Over Internal Aircraft Damage

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- A pair of air travel companies who entered into lease and purchase agreements with Cessna Aircraft Co. are accusing the aircraft maker of ignoring internal corrosion issues in one of its planes, according to a suit lodged in Kansas federal court on Thursday.
