EPA Releases Climate Change Plan For Water Resources

Law360, New York (April 2, 2012, 5:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Monday released a draft strategy to deal with climate change as it relates to water resource management and proposed incorporating climate considerations into the rulemaking process by 2015.

The report, titled "National Water Program 2012 Strategy: Response to Climate Change," describes how the EPA will assess and manage the risks posed by climate change and incorporate adaptation of those concerns into the agency's core programs.
