ITC Reignites Schweitzer's Cigarette Paper IP Case

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission breathed new life Monday into Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc.'s efforts to keep self-extinguishing cigarette papers that allegedly infringe two patents out of the U.S., deciding to examine a ruling that snuffed a case against Julius Glatz GmbH.

The ITC said it would partially review Administrative Law Judge E.
