Sony Cameras, Phones Infringe 3-D Patents, Israeli Co. Says

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Sony Corp. has been hit with a lawsuit filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission accusing the electronics maker of importing and selling cameras and mobile devices that infringe three-dimensional imaging patents, according to a preview of Wednesday's Federal Register.

HumanEyes Technologies, Ltd. said in its March 28 complaint that Sony and its subsidiaries are manufacturing and selling products that exploit a pair of HumanEyes' proprietary 3-D imaging and display patents.
