EEOC Accuses Chase Mortgage Unit Of Ogling, Groping Women

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 6:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday asked an Ohio federal judge to hold JPMorgan Chase Bank NA liable for creating a workplace that was hostile to women, painting a picture of an office allegedly rife with unwanted sexual advances, threatening language and overt male favoritism.
