FERC OKs Kinder Morgan’s Rate Hike Deal With Airlines

Law360, New York (April 3, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Tuesday approved a settlement between pipeline giant Kinder Morgan and a group of airlines over rate hikes for use of the CalNev pipeline, which runs from Colton, Calif., to Las Vegas.

The settlement was reached Feb. 22 between Kinder Morgan entity CalNev Pipe Line LLC and a group of shippers including Tesoro Refining and Marketing Co., Chevron Products Co., Valero Marketing and Supply Co., ConocoPhillips, BP West Coast Products LLC, America West Airlines Inc., US Airways Inc., Continental Airlines Inc.,...
