Law360, New York (April 03, 2012, 8:35 PM ET) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday found a lower court had been too quick to dismiss a woman's suit against ConAgra Foods Inc. claiming its frozen pot pies gave her food poisoning, finding legitimate questions of fact remained about whether ConAgra was responsible.
