Alston & Bird Snags Ex-HUD Atty With M&A, Securities Chops

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Alston & Bird LLP's Washington office has snatched a mergers and acquisitions expert — and a former general counsel for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development — from Blank Rome LLP to become a partner in its corporate transactions and securities group, the firm said Wednesday.
