SF Giants Unveil $1.6B Mission Bay Development Plan

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- The San Francisco Giants baseball franchise announced plans Wednesday for a massive $1.6 billion mixed-used development project on land next to the team's stadium in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco.

The so-called Mission Rock Project, slated for 27 acres of land adjacent to AT&T Park, is being jointly planned by the Giants — one of 30 teams in Major League Baseball — and Maryland real estate development firm Cordish Cos.
