Feds Examining KGL's Alleged Dealings In Iran, Report Says

Law360, New York (April 4, 2012, 8:07 PM EDT) -- A government watchdog said on Wednesday that the FBI and the Pentagon’s Defense Criminal Investigative Service are investigating shipping behemoth and military contractor Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport Co. for alleged violations of U.S. sanctions on Iran.

KGL, which has up to $1 billion worth of contracts with American military forces, has been under a nonpublic federal investigation for running afoul of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010, according to a report by the Project on Government Oversight.
