Law360, New York (April 04, 2012, 7:29 PM ET) -- The investment arm of natural gas heavyweight Oneok Inc. announced Wednesday it will shell out $140 million to $160 million to build a 270-mile natural gas delivery system in western North Dakota to connect Bakken shale producers to a Oneok processing facility.
The new gathering and delivery system fits in with Oneok Partners LP's $1.8 billion plan to expand its presence in the oil and gas rich Bakken shale formation that underlies parts of North Dakota, Montana and Canada, according to a statement the company issued...
