Suit Against Scotts Over Fertilizer Ad Claims Moved To Va.

Law360, New York (April 06, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- Fertilizer company Pennington Seed Inc. was dealt a blow in its false advertising and unfair competition suit against rival The Scotts Co. LLC on Wednesday when a federal judge moved the action from Georgia to Virginia against its wishes.

U.S. District Judge Richard W. Story granted a motion from Scotts to transfer the case.
