Pharma Groups Urge CMS Not To Limit Drug Price Calculation

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Five pharmaceutical industry groups asked the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on April 2 not to proceed with a proposal to limit the sales figures that drugmakers can use to calculate drugs' average manufacturer prices.
