Outback Steakhouse Owners Cook Up $300M IPO

Law360, New York (April 6, 2012, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Private equity owners Bain Capital Partners LLC and Catterton Management Co. LLC are taking public Bloomin' Brands Inc., parent to popular restaurant chain Outback Steakhouse, for as much as $300 million, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.
