Green Groups Want Loopholes Out Of EPA Fracking Rule

Law360, New York (April 9, 2012, 6:10 PM EDT) -- The heads of 13 major environmental groups warned the White House on Monday against caving in to oil and gas industry demands for loopholes that could render largely ineffective the first U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule covering air pollution from hydraulic fracturing.
