SRAM Antitrust Plaintiffs Amend Complaint

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two months after a federal judge sent the parties in an ongoing antitrust over static random access memory chips into private mediation, the first plaintiffs to bring claims against SRAM producers filed their first amended complaint.

The complaint, which was entered into the dockets of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Friday, does not differ much from the one first filed in October 2006.
