Icahn Again Raises Stake In Troubled WebMD

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 2:33 PM EDT) -- Activist investor Carl Icahn has raised his stake in WebMD Health Corp. for the third time in three months, up to 13.12 percent from 11.64 percent, the health information website revealed Wednesday.

Icahn bought about 70,000 additional shares to bring his total position to about $203 million, according to a regulatory filing. Since October, the billionaire has nearly doubled his toehold stake in WebMD, which has tried to assuage investors uneasy about falling revenue, rising expenses and the resignation of its CEO earlier this year....
