Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 3:21 PM ET) -- A corporate transactional attorney with a subspecialty in private equity has left Greenberg Traurig LLP to become a corporate health industry partner in McDermott Will & Emery LLP's Miami office, McDermott said Wednesday.
Bernard P. Grondin, who was previously an associate in Greenberg Traurig's Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office, will work in McDermott's health industry advisory practice group, the firm said.
Grondin spent seven years at Greenberg Traurig and was most recently an associate in the firm's corporate and securities group.
