NJ Assembly Panel Authorizes Port Authority Subpoenas

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey Assembly committee on Wednesday empowered its chairman to subpoena the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey despite Republican protests that the move further injects politics into a legislative probe of the embattled agency's finances.
