Sprint Asks To Strike Three Vonage Motions

Law360, New York (August 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sprint Communication Co. LP on Monday asked a judge to strike Vonage Holding Corp.'s attempt to preclude some of Sprint's patent infringement claims, arguing that they bring up arguments the judge already rejected in his decision not to dismiss the case against the voice over Internet protocol company.

“Vonage's 'motions in limine' are a thinly veiled effort by Vonage to file dispositive motions beyond the eleventh hour,” Sprint said in its emergency request to strike its rival's three motions.
