SEC Seeks Input On JOBS Act Ahead Of Rulemaking

Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 5:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday that it would begin accepting comments on the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, opening the door to droves of securities attorneys anxious to weigh in on the recently signed law.
