Ad Regulator Says Oracle Should Ax IBM Comparison Claims

Law360, Chicago (April 11, 2012, 7:36 PM EDT) -- An advertising industry self-regulator said Thursday that Oracle Corp. should pull certain ad claims comparing its SPARC SuperCluster T4-4 computer system's price and performance to that of an IBM product, responding to a challenge launched by IBM.
