Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 12:59 PM EDT) -- The federal government and state attorneys general of 49 states (not including Oklahoma) and the District of Columbia recently filed consent judgments in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, setting forth details of the unprecedented National Mortgage Settlement announced on Feb. 9 involving the five largest servicers of residential mortgages (Bank of America, Citi, Ally/GMAC, JPMorgan and Wells Fargo, the "Servicers").
