Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 8:26 PM ET) -- Ecolab Inc. slapped International Chemical Corp. with a lawsuit in Florida on Tuesday, claiming that ICC infringed three patents that relate to a synthetic chain lubricant used on conveyor systems in bottling facilities.
Ecolab's suit targets West Melbourne, Fla.-based ICC as the sole defendant, but also says that customers — bottling facilities that buy FT-100 lubricant from the defendant — used the lubricant in a manner that infringes the patents-in-suit.
