Churchill Takes $2B Indonesian Mine Row International

Law360, New York (April 12, 2012, 7:35 PM EDT) -- After losing an appeal in Indonesia's Supreme Court, London-based Churchill Mining PLC is taking a $2 billion dispute over the country's revocation of its licenses in a large coal mining joint venture to an international court of arbitration, the company announced last week.
