Law360, Chicago (April 13, 2012, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A Chrysler Group LLC pipe fitter told the Seventh Circuit on Friday that the $3.5 million in punitive damages a jury awarded him in his hostile work environment suit should be reinstated, as trial evidence showed the carmaker ignored much of the anonymous harassment against its employee.
