Trading Technologies Sues Man Group Over Software Patent

Law360, New York (April 15, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Chicago software vendor that has rattled the futures industry with patent litigation has sued U.K.-based Man Group, one of the largest futures brokerages in the world.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, comes close on the heels of a similar complaint against brokers broker Refco and eSpeed.
