Moses & Singer Tolling Deal Valid In Malpractice Row: Judge

Law360, New York (April 13, 2012, 10:32 PM ET) -- A California federal judge ruled Friday that E-Pass Technologies Inc.’s tolling agreement with Moses & Singer LLP was valid when the technology company hit the law firm with malpractice claims over allegedly frivolous patent infringement suits.

In awarding E-Pass partial summary judgment, U.S. District Judge Edward M.
