Judge Stops Long Island Sound Gas Pipeline

Law360, New York (August 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has blocked the construction of a natural gas pipeline across the Long Island Sound, ruling that the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision to overrule a state objection to the project was “arbitrary and capricious.”
