High Court Cans Ralphs Appeal Over Worker Class Actions

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 3:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to consider Ralphs Grocery Co.'s argument that the high court's AT&T Mobility Inc. v. Concepcion decision precludes a California state court's ruling allowing an employee to pursue a class action in spite of an arbitration clause.
