Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Some employers have decided to ask job applicants and current employees for passwords to social media accounts to gain access to the applicants’ or employees’ Facebook pages, Twitter accounts and the like. Proponents of the idea believe this is a legitimate and responsible mechanism for learning what the workers are really like.
