11th Circ. To Rehear CompuCredit Antitrust Suit Against Funds

Law360, New York (April 16, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit said Monday it will review en banc CompuCredit Holdings Corp.'s lawsuit accusing 21 hedge funds of violating antitrust laws by conspiring to force the credit provider to pay above-market prices to redeem the notes early.
