Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 2:47 PM ET) -- A federal judicial panel on Monday consolidated lawsuits in New York claiming Merck & Co. Inc. failed to warn users of hair loss drug Propecia that it could cause sexual dysfunction that lingers even after treatment is discontinued.
