Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 5:35 PM ET) -- Morgan Stanley has agreed to expand its lease at Manhattan's One New York Plaza from 816,000 square feet to 1.2 million square feet, Brookfield Office Properties Inc. announced Tuesday.
The deal expands Morgan Stanley's presence in the 2.6 million-square-foot Class A office tower until 2029. The financial services firm currently subleases 782,000 square feet in the building from Wells Fargo & Co. and 34,000 square feet directly from Brookfield.
