Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A judicial panel on Tuesday combined in Tennessee three proposed class actions from pharmacies and wholesalers alleging that Pfizer Inc. unit King Pharmaceuticals Inc. inflated prices for the muscle relaxant Skelaxin after entering a patent infringement settlement that kept generic versions off the market.
