Rambus Should Get Limited Review Of Patent Case, ITC Told

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 6:30 PM EDT) -- U.S. International Trade Commission investigative staff has urged the commission to limit its review of an administrative ruling in a semiconductor patent infringement case brought by Rambus Inc., according to a filing released Monday.

The filing from the ITC's Office of Unfair Import Investigations comes after a March 2 initial determination by Administrative Law Judge Theodore Essex, who found that five Rambus-owned patents on semiconductor chips were invalid.
