Honda Escapes GPS Patent Row For 2nd Time

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday again tossed American Calcar Inc.'s patent infringement claims against American Honda Motor Co. Inc. over technology for in-car navigation systems, after the Federal Circuit asked the district court to re-evaluate whether Calcar had engaged in inequitable conduct.
