House Looks To Save $44B By Retrieving Health Subsidy Excess

Law360, New York (April 17, 2012, 10:15 PM EDT) -- A U.S. House of Representatives committee is set to take up legislation Wednesday to trim almost $44 billion from the budget over 10 years by requiring taxpayers to return overpayments on assistance they receive to pay for insurance through exchanges created under the health care reform law.
