LG, Others Face ITC Probe Over Video Conferencing Patents

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 8:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday that it would launch a probe into Pragmatus AV LLC's claims that HTC Corp., LG Electronics Inc. and others violated U.S. trade law by selling or importing phones and tablets that infringe patents covering video conferencing technology.
