PE Firm Serves Up Fresh Suit Over Subway CEO's Investor Beef

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 7:29 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm Lincolnshire Management Inc. sued former investor and billionaire founder of the Subway sandwich chain Fred DeLuca in New York state court Wednesday, alleging he interfered with a settlement between the firm and its estranged ex-CEO in order to initiate shareholder litigation.
