CIT Upholds Applikon's Win In Bioreactor Duty Fight

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 3:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has upheld its decision not to level duties on Applikon Biotechnology Inc.'s bioreactor systems, despite claims from the U.S. that the court misclassified the imports and Applikon should have paid duties, according to a slip opinion released Wednesday.
