Ex-Meister Atty Can't Go After Some Partners In Firing Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 3:37 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge Thursday told a former Meister Seelig & Fein LLP partner suing his firm for wrongful termination that he can't go after some of the individual partners of the firm or collect punitive damages.
