Generics Industry's Drug Shortage Plan Wins FDA Support

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 6:43 PM ET) -- A drug shortage prevention system proposed by the generics industry has won the support of the Food and Drug Administration, which said Thursday that the information-sharing system would provide "exactly the data FDA needs" to fend off impending drug shortages.
