Union Head Prods SEC To Implement CEO Pay Disclosure Rule

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 4:24 PM EDT) -- AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka on Thursday lambasted the pay disparity between executives and average workers and called on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out the Dodd-Frank Act's requirement that public companies disclose their ratio of CEO-to-worker pay.

Dodd-Frank calls for the SEC to draw up a rule requiring companies to disclose CEO compensation along with the pay of average employees.
