Law360, New York (April 23, 2012, 2:16 PM ET) -- Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has enhanced the intellectual property practice in its San Francisco office with the addition of a seasoned patent attorney from Morrison & Foerster LLP with experience in the pharmaceuticals and technology sectors, the firm said Thursday.
Eric Walters, who served as a partner in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto, Calif., office, will bring to bear his courtroom experience as Davis Wright's newest intellectual property partner, the firm said.
