1st Suit Launched Over Recent Sushi Salmonella Outbreak

Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A woman has sued Moon Marine USA Corp. in California over an illness she contracted after eating sushi that allegedly contained its salmonella-tainted tuna, the first lawsuit filed against the company since the product was recalled last week, her attorney said Wednesday.
